Can you help the RAIBC?
RAIBC, the charity working for radio amateurs with disabilities is in need of help. We are looking for someone to assist us in supporting our members by running the loan equipment scheme.
The job will involve ascertaining the needs of our disabled members and issuing them with suitable radio equipment from our stock or approved list. Additionally the post requires record keeping and contacting our members. This voluntary position will ideally be filled by someone who has some spare time on their hands to assist others, perhaps retired or not working for other reasons. You will need to have good people skills and be willing to communicate regularly with other committee members by email and telephone conference. All expenses are met by the charity.
Whilst this is a responsible position it is one that will give a good deal of personal satisfaction.
